Continuous skills development is the key to ensuring success in our business, so over the past month Balkantel Ltd. has organized a series of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of its team. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to employee prosperity, the programs focused on key areas relevant to the specific needs of different departments within the company. We kicked off the month by running a refresher course for our engineering team with a practical focus on the correct use of personal protective equipment, as well as fall prevention and rescue operations. This training highlights Balkantel’s focus on maintaining the highest safety standards for employees working in potentially hazardous environments.

A team of representatives from various departments within the company participated in practical training on effective negotiation, with a focus on mastering various strategies, tools, and techniques to deal with the challenges of the negotiation process and solve real-life cases from our daily work.

The month ended with specialized training in Freon handling, enabling us to perform specialized maintenance, installation, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
