Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the calendar and appointments of the CEO
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Handling incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
  • Making travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Liaising with other staff members and external stakeholders
  • Performing various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to sudden changes
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Bulgarian and English
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
