Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Managing the calendar and appointments of the CEO
- Coordinating meetings and conferences, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Handling incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
- Drafting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
- Making travel arrangements and accommodations
- Liaising with other staff members and external stakeholders
- Performing various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to sudden changes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication in Bulgarian and English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
