Junior Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and attract candidates through various means: external job posting, social media search, internal referrals, head hunting
• Organize and maintain the recruitment process – pre-screening, interview scheduling, pre-meetings, job offers, feedback sending, etc.
• Maintain candidate database on daily basis
• Conduct new hires onboarding programs
• Assist with the implementation of learning and development initiatives
• Participate in job fairs/events and universities recruiting initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the Administration department
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration or a related field
• Previous agency experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Out of the box thinking and proactiveness
• Positive and professional attitude
