System Integration Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IP and telecommunication systems based on organizational requirements
- Install, configure and test operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve system connectivity, capacity and performance issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing systems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations and diagrams
- Provide technical support to project groups
- Implement warranty and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, telecommunications, computer engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
- Experience in installation and administration of Unix/Windows based systems
- Knowledge of communications protocols and information security
- Excellent verbal and written communication/collaboration skills
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Analytical skills
