Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IP and telecommunication systems based on organizational requirements
• Install, configure and test operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve system connectivity, capacity and performance issues
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing systems
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations and diagrams
• Provide technical support to project groups
• Implement warranty and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, telecommunications, computer engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
• Experience in installation and administration of Unix/Windows based systems
• Knowledge of communications protocols and information security
• Excellent verbal and written communication/collaboration skills
• Structured and organized approach to work
• Analytical skills
