Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates all activities on projects under his supervision – performs pre-project studies and analyses; conducts preliminary communication with clients/suppliers, prepares technical proposals and contracts with subcontractors and sub-suppliers, etc.
- Coordinates and actively participates in the preparation of project plans such as project management plan, detailed schedule plan, communication plan, risk management plan, financial plan, etc.
- Actively monitors compliance with pre-defined project deadlines and requirements
- Effectively manages resources and adheres to the project’s set financial frameworks
- Maintains required records (database) and prepares project performance reports
- Maintains good partnership relations with representatives of other organizations
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, telecommunications or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Experience with complex technical solutions or specifications for large telecommunications and infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate activities and teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details
- PMP, Prince2 or similar certifications in the field
- Fluent English
