Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Plans and coordinates all activities on projects under his supervision – performs pre-project studies and analyses; conducts preliminary communication with clients/suppliers, prepares technical proposals and contracts with subcontractors and sub-suppliers, etc.
  • Coordinates and actively participates in the preparation of project plans such as project management plan, detailed schedule plan, communication plan, risk management plan, financial plan, etc.
  • Actively monitors compliance with pre-defined project deadlines and requirements
  • Effectively manages resources and adheres to the project’s set financial frameworks
  • Maintains required records (database) and prepares project performance reports
  • Maintains good partnership relations with representatives of other organizations
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering, telecommunications or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with complex technical solutions or specifications for large telecommunications and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate activities and teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • PMP, Prince2 or similar certifications in the field
  • Fluent English
