Responsibilities:

• Plans and coordinates all activities of the teams under his/her leadership and ensures deadlines for completing assigned tasks
• Communicates with subcontractors and promptly prevents any issues arising on the site
• Familiarizes with and works with project documentation
• Actively participates in the development of project schedules and strategies
• Controls the quality and storage of materials delivered to the site
• Proactively manages installation activities assigned to work teams for the construction of high-tech and innovative telecommunications systems
• Ensures timely and quality completion of the stages planned for execution
• Takes responsibility for the completion of tasks on the construction site
• Ensures necessary health and safety conditions on site and conducts safety briefings for the work teams

Requirements:

• Completed higher technical education
• Relevant experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the applicable legal framework in the construction field
• Good level of technical English
• Experience working with teams on implementing structured cabling systems in projects
• Communication and organizational skills
• Good computer literacy – MS Office, AUTOCAD
• At least 4th qualification group for electrical safety when working with electrical equipment up to 1000V
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions
• Active driver
